Each of B+B’s 27 stylish and relaxing bedrooms offers a gorgeous view of Edinburgh. Decorated in soft whites and pastels with artwork on the walls, you can unwind and enjoy a range of luxuries. These include a comfy double bed, flat screen TV with cable, free WiFi and a direct dial telephone offering free national calls. Inside the ensuite bathroom you will find towels and bath cosmetics for pampering yourself. All rooms also have wardrobes, reading lights, full-length mirrors, a casual chair and a work surface.

B+B is based centrally on Rothesay Terrace, a 10-minute walk from Haymarket station and 15 minutes from Princes Street. Sightseeing attraction such as the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, the Georgian House and the Edinburgh Gin Distillery are all nearby. As well as this, the Water of Leith is just a stroll away as is the historic Dean Village, a tranquil oasis in the middle of the city.
