Set in the heart of Aberdeenshire amongst 44 acres of woodland and parkland, Thainstone House is just minutes from the bustling town of Inverurie and is also close to Aberdeen Airport. Guests can enjoy dining in the 2AA Rosette restaurant, relaxing with a dram or wine in the atmospheric Stockman’s Bar, or unwinding in the leisure club and spa. Contemporary Scottish rooms

The hotel’s 48 ensuite guest rooms include double, twin, king and executive choices as well as one suite. Each room has its own unique layout and all are finished to the same high standard. Expect neutral, stylish colours and soft furnishings with a modern Scottish twist.

Decorated in sumptuous shades of emerald, jade and gold, The Green Lady restaurant is a sight to behold. A glimmering enclave of high ceilings, gilded mirrors and chandeliers, you can dine on AA Rosette cuisine while enjoying parkland views. Menus can change but dry-aged Scottish steaks cooked on a Josper Grill for a unique charcoal flavour are a staple. Sample mains include the Inverurie lamb loin, the Loch Etive sea trout and the handmade cavatelli pasta.
