Blisslight Yoga and Massage

Blisslight Yoga and Massage is based in a cosy and relaxing room within a traditional building. The location is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Charing Cross train station. There is paid parking close by at the Charing Cross car park.

Blisslight Yoga and Massage is run by a warm and knowledgeable trained therapist. Vikki has a background in Allopathic health care and whose training includes integrative psychotherapy, an 8 month stint in a traditional Tantra Yoga school in India and massage training in India, Thailand and UK.

Relaxing music and yoga chants are played during treatments to enhance the ambiance and herbal tea is provided.
