  Enjoyed spa treatment

  Can’t fault spa treatment the girls were lovely and treated my daughter and me well. As this was part of a package we then had to go to the dining room for afternoon tea and the service was appalling. Guy said he didn’t know we were coming then gave us a seat came with cup and saucer no plates after a while brought the food and coffee and went. I had to then go after him to get plates and the Prosecco we were to get, again he knew nothing about it, the service of the afternoon tea spoiled what was part of my daughters 50th birthday celebration. I would not recommend this to anyone. Not what was expected from this type of hotel. Spa treatment was excellent.
